Your customer list

A list that knows
who you may message.

Most shops keep customers in three places: the phone’s contacts, a WhatsApp broadcast list, and an Excel file somebody made once. None of them knows who agreed to what.

“Can message” isn’t a column somebody keeps up to date

It’s worked out from what each person actually agreed to, every time you look. Somebody withdraws through the link on their consent, and they leave that list on their own. Nobody has to remember.

Can messageEveryone who has agreed to marketing, and still agrees.
No consent on filePeople you hold details for but may not message.
New this monthWho arrived since the first.
LapsedNobody has seen them for 90 days.
Birthday this monthIf you asked, and they told you.

At the counter

Find them by any part of the number

Type 2345, or 871, or 0871 — all three find +673 871 2345. Nobody at a till remembers whether they saved the country code.

It fills itself

Every draw entry and every consent adds the person, or updates the one already there. The phone number is the identity, so the same customer does not arrive twice.

Everything about them, in one place

What they agreed to and when, what they handed over, which documents you still hold and the date each one goes.

Bring the list you already have

Import your spreadsheet and everyone lands in the book. What they will not land with is permission — a phone number in a file is not somebody agreeing to hear from you, and nothing we could build would make it one.

So they arrive under No consent on file, and that number is probably the most useful thing this product will tell you in your first week. Send them a consent link, run a draw, and watch them move across.
